Email is not set up yet. No SMTP server is configured on this deployment, so neither the quiz-taker's copy nor your firm copy is actually being sent, they're only written to a local file for testing. Set SMTP_HOST, SMTP_PORT, SMTP_USER, SMTP_PASS, and SMTP_FROM in your hosting environment's variables to turn on real delivery.
